The Minister of Health has, in terms of sections 90(1)(a), 90(1)(m) and 90(1)(w), read with section 43(1) of the National Health Act, 2003 (Act No. 61 of 2003), after consultation with the National Health Council (NHC), made the regulations in the Schedule. These regulations apply to gatherings of more than 1000 people.
