The Minister of Transport, acting in terms of regulation 280 (1) of the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000 under the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No 93 of 1996) approved service providers as listed in the Schedule as Dangerous Goods Training Bodies.
