The Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, in consultation with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, after publishing the regulations in the Government Notice No. 48210 of 10 March 2023 under Notice 3151 inviting public comments under section 223(1)(b) and (2) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008), has published the final Companies Amendment Regulations 2023, resultant from the General Laws Amendment Act, 2022.
The regulations came into effect on the date of publication of this Notice.
