The Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, in consultation with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, under section 223(1)(b) and (2) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008), has published the draft Companies Amendment Regulations 2023.
Stakeholders and interested persons are invited to submit written comments within a period of fourteen (14) days of the publication of this notice.
