National Pollution Prevention Plans Regulations

National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act (39/2004)

The minister of Environmental Affairs has published the National Pollution Prevention Plans Regulations. The purpose of these regulations is to prescribe the requirements that pollution prevention plans need to comply with in terms of section 29(3) of the Act.

Comments are required by the 7th of February.
