The President has announced by proclamation in the gazette, the commencement of Property Practitioners Act, 2019 (Act No. 22 of 2019), which comes into effect on 01 February 2022.
This Act repeals and replaces the Estate Agency Affairs Act, 1976 (Act No. 112 of 1976) however, transitional provisions will still apply.
