Updating Of Banking Details For Occupational Injuries And Diseases Related Claims

Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act and Regulations (130/1993)

The Compensation Commissioner, has issued a notice in terms of section 6A(b) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 130 of 1993, as amended, to all beneficiaries of the Compensation Fund on the requirements for updating banking details in the payment of claims and claims related expenses.
