The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has, in terms of section 2(1)(a) and (b), read with section 12C(1)(a)(v)(aa) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made regulations in the Schedule.

SUMMARY: It will be prohibitted to sell Petrol or Diesel in any container. This regulation will come into effect upon publication in the Gazette.
