The Minister of Transport in terms of section 356 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1951 (Act No. 57 of 1951), has published for comment, the draft Maritime Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Regulation set out in the Schedule hereunder.
Interested persons are invited to submit comments within 30 days after publication of this notice.
