The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, has given notice of her intention to publish the Regulations for the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for the import and export of certain hazardous chemicals and pesticides, in terms of section 25(3) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as set out in the Schedule thereto.
Members of the public are invited to submit comments, within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
