The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, designated under section 3 of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), having declared a national state of disaster, published in Government Gazette No. 43096 on 15 March 2020, and extended by Government Notice No. R. 646 of 5 June 2020, hereby, after consultation with the relevant Cabinet members, made the Regulations in the Schedule.
