Regulations On Price Discrimination Made By The Minister Under Competition Act, 1998

COMPETITION ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 89 OF 1989)

The Minister of Trade and Industry, after consultation with the Competition Commission, has in terms of section 9(4) read with section 78 of the Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), made the regulations as set out in the Schedule.
