Adjustment Of Statutory Limit In Respect Of Claims For Loss Of Income And Loss Of Support

Road Accident Fund Act and Regulations (56/1996)

The Road Accident Fund has, in accordance with section 17(4A)(a) of the Road Accident Fund Act, No. 56 of 1996, as amended, made it known that the amounts referred to in subsection 17(4)(c) were adjusted, with effect from 31 January 2020, to counter the effects of CPI inflation.

National Environmental Management: Waste Act and Regulations (59/2008)

The Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries has, under regulation 8(4) of the Waste Exclusion Regulations, 2018, published under Government Notice No. 715 in Gazette No. 41777 of 18 July 2018, given notice of the exclusion of the waste streams or portions of waste streams, from the definition of "waste" as contained in the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), for the purposes of certain permitted uses, as set out in the Schedule.
