Levy And Interest Payable On Piped-Gas Industry

Gas Regulator Levies Act (75/2002)

The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, in concurrence with the Minister of Finance, has approved the budget and levies for the piped-gas industry in terms of section 2(4) of the Gas Regulator Levies Act, 2002 (Act No. 75 of 2002), as proposed by the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA), for the 2019/20 financial year.
