Carbon Tax Act Regulations
Carbon Tax Act and Regulations (15/2019)
The Minister of Finance, under section 19(c) of the Carbon Tax Act, 2019 (Act No. 15 of 2019), for the purposes of section 13 of that Act, has promulgated the regulations as set out in the Schedule.
The offices for Data Dynamics will be closing on the 13th December 2019 for the Hoilday season. We will be back at our desks on the 6th of January 2020.
