The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, has published the Draft Amendments to the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations, 2019 (draft Amendment Regulations) for public comments.
Interested and affected parties are hereby invited to submit written representations on the draft Amendment Regulations.
