Adjustment Of Statutory Limit In Respect Of Claims For Loss Of Income And Loss Of Support

Road Accident Fund Act and Regulations (56/1996)

The Road Accident Fund has, in accordance with section 17(4A)(a) of the Road Accident Fund Act, No. 56 of 1996, as amended, adjusted and made known that the amounts referred to in subsection 17(4)(c) were adjusted to counter the effects of CPI inflation.
