The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) is a regulatory authority established as a juristic person in terms of section 3 of the National Energy Regulator Act, 2004 (Act No. 40 of 2004).
Stakeholders are invited to comment on the Amended Rules made in terms of section 33(3) of the Petroleum Pipelines Act (Petroleum Pipelines Rules), as required by the National Energy Regulator Act, 2004 (Act No. 40 of 2004).
The deadline for the submission of comments is Wednesday, 31 July 2019.
