The Minister of Environmental Affairs, has made amendments to the regulations regarding the planning and management of residue stockpiles and residue deposits from a prospecting, mining, exploration or production operation, under section 69(1)(iA) of the National Environmental Management Waste Act, 2008 as set out in the Schedule hereto.
