The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of making regulations regarding the control of the import or export of waste under section 69(1)(j) read with section 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, as set out In the Schedule.
Representations or objections are to be submitted within 30 days of the date of publication.
