The Minister of Employment and Labour in terms of Section 57 (1) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993 as amended), has increased monthly pensions and constant attendance allowance (CAA) payable, as well as prescribed the amendment of Schedule 4 of the Act.
