The Minister of Transport has in terms of section 34 of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998 (Act No. 46 of 1998), made regulations 1(1) to 15, 17 to 19, 21 to 41(1) and Schedule 1 and paragraphs 3 to 9 of Schedule 2, in the Schedule thereto.
The regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 2025, except regulation 20 which shall come into operation on 1 September 2026.
