Interested persons or stakeholders who wish to submit written comments on the Business Licensing Bill, 2025 are hereby invited to do so within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Draft Regulations Relating to the Processing of Data

Protection of Personal Information Act and Regulations (4/2013)

The Information Regulator (Regulator), under section 113(3)(c) of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, invites interested parties to submit written comments on the proposed draft Regulations, issued under Section 112(2)(c) of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

Comments on the draft Regulations must be submitted on or before 10th October 2025.
