Insight Silent Mode Updater - Automatic Update Facility

The purpose of the Insight silent updater is to provide users that have a valid Download Manager account with a procedure to automate the update process to keep Insight and all the legislation titles installed up-to-date via a Windows scheduled task.

Typically once a user has created a CMD or BAT file to run the Silent Mode Updater (InsSilentUpd.exe) - with the necessary command line parameters and under the needed permission levels - it can be scheduled to run via the Windows Scheduler say once a week.

All required updates will automatically be downloaded and applied. In this way the system will stay up-to-date without the user needing to take any further action.
