Temporary Exemptions Issued For Construction Work Permits Under Regulations 3 In Terms Of Section 40 Of The Ohs Act
Construction Regulations, 2015
The Chief Inspector has issued temporary exemptions of the Construction Regulations 3 in terms of section 40 of the said Act. These exemptions are for certain values of contract and classes of CIDB's.
